These Terms govern your use of the ReflexDashh mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReflexDashh measures reaction speed, tracks scores/streaks, and may offer optional in-app purchases and ads.

2. Accounts & Authentication

• You may use the app anonymously; optional sign-in methods may be offered.
• You are responsible for securing your device and access.

3. In-App Purchases

• Purchases (e.g., “Remove Ads”, premium themes) are processed by RevenueCat and your app store.
• All purchases are final and subject to store policies.
• Entitlements can be restored using the same store account.

4. Advertisements

Ads are served by Google AdMob. Purchasing “Remove Ads” disables ads.

5. Leaderboards & Content

By participating in leaderboards, you allow your username and score to be displayed publicly.

6. Acceptable Use

• No cheating, exploiting, reverse engineering, or misuse of the app.
• No illegal or harmful activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and code belong to the developer of ReflexDashh.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time; we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
